Miniature Screens
As the images evolve, I am most concerned with the colors, making sure each shape contrasts with its neighbor. I dive into a color or color combination for a while; the color of a beautiful outfit, a purple boat reflecting on the waves, a deep red bottle brush flower against a silver-green leaf. In most of my work scenes emerge from the shapes, the titles present themselves as a part of the process.
